Good Food. Good service - Edit
We ate lunch here. Husband ordered hummus with delicious naan. He loved it. I ordered a salad. I went to this restaurant because I thought they would have a large Caesar salad, but, there was only a small side. It was still good. We both had delicious vegan Bratwurst covered in Sauerkraut. They first brought it out with creamy cheese on it, but, quickly replaced it when requested. Not too many people around here must understand the term vegan.

They do have vegan options. Like humus, the impossible burger and bratwurst. Amazing atmosphere and staff.

Vegan options in the Georgian Alps - Edit
Pretty hungry when we made the decision to try Cafe International, and I will say that menu-wise, it was a better option than nearby troll tavern. I too had the vegan brat on the pretzel roll with red cabbage, saurkraut, and fries. My wife had the black bean burger. We also had the hummus and pita, as strange a pairing that is with German style fare. Anyway, the brat was solid, the burger was decent, and for a Bavarian style town where everything was animal flesh and dairy, it provided the option we needed to make it through.

Solid vegan options! - Edit
Enjoyed lunch by the river on a beautiful Saturday. They have 3 vegan options on the menu - beyond bratwurst, beyond burger, and black bean burger.
Read moreI got the brat that came on a pretzel bun with sauerkraut (just ask to leave off the Swiss!) with fries and a pickle. They have a couple of mustard options you can put on the brat if you’re a mustard person. Overall, solid spot for getting a brat in this little German-Georgian town!

Vegan options on the river - Edit
Way better than Troll Tavern- vegan brat was delicious. Slight mod to remove Swiss cheese. Pretzel bun was fantastic. Companion had beyond burger- no vegan tax or upcharging.

Nice View - Edit
Small outdoor seating area with a great view of the river. They have a few vegan options if you remove the dairy. The staff was nice and knowledgeable about what a vegan is. The warm apple cider is a tasty treat especially on a cool day. They carry the Beyond brand. I had the bratwurst along with my daughter and mother. My son had the Berger and my sister the wrap. Everyone enjoyed their dish.
