I had the vegan breakfast and it was really good. My plate eas completly full and I had a lot of fruits and vegetables. The hot chocolate with oat milk was really good. The staff was also really friendly and they had a lot more vegan options!

Total gute und leckere Frühstücksoption, Hafermilch, vegane Optionen klar ausgewiesen. Aber auch leckere Bagels und tolle Kuchen. Man kann drinnen oder draußen sitzen, man muss Glück haben, um einen Tisch zu ergattern oder vorreservieren, besonders zum Frühstück.

wenn ich könnte würde ich 5 Sterne geben! War hier schon das ein oder andere Mal frühstücken und das “vegane Frühstück” ist phenomenal! Man bekommt vegane Aufschnittet,Aufstriche,2 Brötchen, Margarine und Marmelade, viel frisches Obst und Gemüse , einen Saft und ein Heißgetränk deiner Wahl (die heiße Schokolade ist sehr lecker!)

Lovely place - Edit
Lovely café in the historic heart of Tübingen. Their vegan breakfast is really good, they're not lying when they say it's richly garnished with fruits and vegetables. The vegan sandwiches and toasts they offer are also delicious. Having worked there for a while I can say that they're very respectful of veganism and also use mostly fresh ingredients.
