Best vegan food in town! - Edit
We ordered the soup of the day which was a very big portion and super tasty, well worth the 2.50$. Also the vegan tacos and enchiladas were amazing as well! Location was wrong but hope it's fixed now it should be close to the Termas de las Virgen.

Tons of vegan options! - Edit
Large menu with heaps of vegan options all clearly labelled. I ordered the Pad Thai, pesto pasta and enchiladas (got a couple to takeaway) all of which were very flavourful and delicious! Highly recommend this place to all my non vegan friends loved it too!
Pros: Lot of vegan options (labelled too), English speaking , Nice atmosphere

Good food - Edit
I liked this place a lot. The portions were great for the price of food! We ordered the pad Thai and an Ecuadorean dish and both were tasty! The service was very friendly.
I don't think it's 100% vegetarian though, but they have an excellent selection of veggie options.

Lots of Dairy and eggs - Edit
There aren't any vegan options on the menu except for one salad. Some items you an specify to have no cheese. I ordered chips, beans, and guacomole and it was really tasty. Great place for vegetarians but not so great for vegans.
Pros: Good Atmosphere, Nice staff
Cons: A little far from the center of town, No true vegan options

ordinary - Edit
Cool place with great vibes. I ordered a vegetarian burrito and the second time some kind of rice plate. the food is ordinary but I respect the diversity in vegetarian food - mexican, asian and so on.

Just okey - Edit
Went here for dinner and had a burrito. It was okey but nothing to memorable to be honest. The service was a bit lacking, had to wait for our menus for a long time even though the restaurant was quiet.
All in all it felt really plain. I wouldn't recommend you to go there but wouldn't say don't go there either. Just.... plain.
And as previous reviews said, its not 100% vegetarian even though they have a decent sized vegetarian part of the menu.

not vegetarian - Edit
It's not vegetarian as precised upper (they propose chicken and fish) although they have some vegetarian or even vegan dishes.
Pros: location
Cons: not vegetarian

Cafe Hood, Banos - Edit
The first thing is that this is defo a separate entity to Casa Hood. I was told anecdotally when in Banos that these 2 establishments are run separately the former Mr & Mrs Hood.
Next thing is that when I was in Banos (Jan 2013), Café Hood most definitely wasn't 100% vego. Further, of the Casa and Café Hood, Casa Hood to me seemed to be more geared up to veganism of the 2. I still managed to get something in Café Hood that was pleasant enough.
Pros: Some vegan possibilities, Central
Cons: Not 100% vego

funky style in great location - Edit
I ate here a few weeks ago for dinner. It has good variety. I had burrito &asked for it without cheese&sour cream. They also had fatijas & other varities. Prices were reasonable&spoke english.
Pros: good variety, funky restaurant, vegan friendly
