We ended up here bc we searched for vegan lunch options on happy cow. There were a lot of options and of all things we decided to go here and it was a really good choice cause we can definitely recommend going here!
Read moreIt’s a rather small cafe owned by a independent person (not a chain). It was a really cosy café and the staff was sooo friendly!
We both ordered the vegan lasagna and omg this was so yummy and a real big portion! It had a nice side salad as well, all so yummy!
Price for that big portion was quite cheap in my opinion!
They also offered a lot of vegan sweets (see picture) but I did not try bc I was too full of the lunch but it all looked so good!
Definitely recommend!

We visited this lovely cafe on a day trip from Copenhagen, the atmosphere is cosy and quiet and there are board games etc to entertain yourself with. I had the lasagna which was outstanding and a generous portion, we both thoroughly enjoyed our meals and will return when we are back in that area!

Read moreWe had the lasagna and raw mud cake. The lasagna had a nice texture and the balanced taste of the plant mince and cheese was just perfect.
The chocolate cake had a good solid raw base without being to heavy and the chocolate top was rich without being to sweet.

Me and my friend both had the lasagna. We really wanted to like it because of it being one of the few vegan places in Malmö, but the soyameat/tomato sauce had absolutely no flavour. It was just sweet and bland sadly… But the side salad was nice and the personal were really sweet!! And their vegan cakes and pasteries looked really nice.

I have eaten at Café Holmgången a couple dozen times the last four years and it has always something I am craving for. Soup, sallad, lasagne or something sweet with a coffee, they have it. It used to 'only' be vegan friendly but seem to now serve strictly vegan food which for me is a huge pro. Friendly staff and a cosy atmosphere completes the experience. Can be busy at times but that only marks their popularity. In the middle of Malmö city centre in a shopping street but still hidden, worth the treasure hunt!

Very cozy vibe. We got their brunch plate and the lasagna with salad. The brunch plate came with a ginger shot, veg grilled cheese (decent cheese pull), a raspberry smoothie jar, salad and choice of tea or coffee (self served). The lasagna was the largest portion I’ve ever seen. The salad also came with a very convincing block of vegan feta. The lasagna is a soy bolognese with corn pasta so I think it’s supposed to be gluten free as well. Very filling. It’s a bechamel style lasagna but I think I prefer a marinara based one. The smoothie bowl was nice and tart with large chunks of a chewy granola. Ginger shot was mildly spicy.

Such a sweet place hidden away in an amazing location, the food was lovely and the raw cakes were amazing (I was a little skeptical as raw cake when you feel like eating cake doesn’t always satisfy). Definitely recommend😄

Read moreStaff seemed quite overwhelmed at the simple question of what a specific dish was. They didn't seem to know or were unable to explain. I ordered the dish anyway, and it was okay, but nothing special.
The bathroom was next to the kitchen and storage space and not very clean.

We only had drinks, so I cannot judge the food, but the drinks we had (hot chocolate/Cappuccino/chai latte) were good. Nice location, cute café inside as well as the space in the courtyard. Very friendly staff!
