Amazing vegan brunch plate

Vegan is one of six brunch plate options. Romesco (spicy and really good), hummus, yoghurt with granola, jam, peanut butter, homemade crispy flatbread, salted almonds, brownie, avocado, fresh fruit and a strawberry smoothie.

There was fresh rye bread and white bread on the side.

Everything seemed to be homemade and was very delicious.

Very nice and friendly staff.

Nice restaurant in the center of Aarhus

I really fancy the brunch in there and know lunch and dinner options are good. Otherwise just talk with the kitchen and they will be happy to assist.

Nice little restaurant & delicious dinner

Great service and delicious food! Many vegetarian options! I’ve had dinner here and I’d come again😄

Kedelige brunch

Deres brunch menu, var bare peanutbutter og hummes, med frugt og grønt. De havde ikke veganske smør

Pros: Sød personale

Cons: Meget lille brunch bræt , Prisen var dyr, i forhold til det man fik

Great vegan brunch

I had the vegan brunch option and was happily surprised: the salad was good, the humus and peanut butter seemed homemade and tasted great, delicious bread (all you can eat!) and smoothie, and to top it all a yummy chocolate fudge - very filling 😊

Okay vegan brunch

I was at Faust for their vegan brunch, and to be honest, it was not the best. Their homemade bread and hummus was good, but their falafels are the premade frozen ones from Nutana, and they are quite dull. The salad was furthermore mainly of iceberg salad.
So not the best brunch, but still a okay option. They could improve the brunch by make homemade falafels instead, and maybe improve the salad with more interesting ingredients.
Since Aarhus not have the largest selection of vegan brunch, this is a acceptable option, and also a okay place to go if you go to eat brunch with non-veg family or friends.
Also worth to notice, that vegan options beside the brunch, are very limited.

I will give it 2.5 stars, and round up to 3 stars.
