Create-your-own smoothies choosing soy milk, nut milk, or natural juices used with your choice of fruit, nuts, and non-dairy ice cream. Vege burgers, vege dogs, vege chilli dogs, and haystack (vegetarian chili over lettuce, tomato, olives, and onion on a bed of corn chips and topped with vegan cheese). Open Mon-Thu 8:00am-2:30pm, Fri 9:00am-1:00pm.

Nice surprise

Staff was very nice. I thought it would be an out of the box lentil burger, but it was fresh and super tasty.

Pros: Only vegan options, Lentil burger was very good

Cons: A little out of the way

Fantastic Vegan restaurant and shop

This place is great. They must have had at least 4 kinds of vegan burgers. Beyond, imposible, black bean and a vegan all in the menu at the restaurant. The shop had some cool stuff I haven’t seen anywhere else in Bermuda!

Pros: Bulk nutritional yeast!, Golden “Milk” in the restaurant!, Friendly folks

Unfortunate

A small little cafe in Hamilton with great promise in regards to the menu. Unfortunately, the cook was uninformed on veganism and the ingredients in some of the products used. My boyfriend, who is a lifelong vegan and cannot process even the slightest bit of dairy, was told 3 separate times not to worry and that the bacon used on the vegan bacon burger was vegan. But low and behold the bacon used was Morning Star brand which not only has eggs but also has nonfat dry milk. We got our money back for his meal but could not get back the hour he spent throwing up.

Pros: Vegetarian, Options

Cons: Uninformed

Best Smoothie ever

I had a Power Smoothie and it was by far the best smoothie I have ever had - unfortunately I only got the small one. I also got the chick'n pot pie which is good.

Even in Bermuda????

I assumed this shop would be a great find, since there is a cafe attached. However, as I walked through the aisles I was followed by one of the staff. This was an immediate turn-off and I decided that if I would not be a patron of the cafe or shop if I wasn't trusted to peruse their store.

Great!

Cafe Eden is a small cafe attached to a health food store. I was looking for a good healthy option for lunch on a recent visit and the Hay Stack sounded pretty awesome, so I went for that and a berry smoothie.

Everything was fresh and tasty. I would love to come back and try the other options on the menu at another time.

Pros: Not far from main street., Great food., Friendly atmosphere.

Cons: I don't live in Bermuda., No wifi as far as I was offered
