Lucky coincidence - Edit
When we got to Castro we were disappointed that there were no entries on HappyCow. While on a walk, we went into this café and discovered that they had soymilk on the menu. We asked if the hot chocolates were vegan, they checked and they were. We enjoyed those with a view on the bay and decided to stay when we saw that they had a vegan burger on the menu. We ended up ordering the "Veggie" sandwich as well, after they said that it was vegan. Both we're really tasty. Really great, made-in-house bread. You can choose between white and whole grain.
Read moreWe came back on another day for the breakfast and were happy with that as well. Freshly squeezed orange juice, toast with jam and muesli, were they substituted the yogurt with soymilk, as well as solid quality espresso and cappucino with soymilk.
Not sure how well they speak English because we got along with our Spanish but they do have a menu in English.
Pros: Great view, Cosy place, Nice staff
Cons: Could have more vegan options
