Vegan options in Kotor - Edit
Went there because of the sign of vegetarian options. The gazpacho was vegan and after asking the friendly and English speaking waitress, she mentioned a couple of dishes could be made vegan. I had the risotto and it was decent, I was glad I could have more than fries with vegetables.

they didn't have vegan cheese. the waiter recommended us a vegetable risotto as a vegan option. we finally gave up eating there. we also saw grilled vegetables on the menu. that's all.

Decent options - Edit
I went there in 2018 so things may have changed since, but this place had vegan options including a vegetable risotto and vegan cheese on pizza. Went there 3 days in a row, and as it is by the water the views are beautiful.
