Very friendly staff. The vegan cheese sauce was great. I highly recommend their nachos. The freshly baked vegan (and gluten free) chocolate chip cookies were a delight. It was refreshing to see so many vegan options.

Great veg option in Fairbanks - Edit
I was starving and having a hard time finding somewhere to eat around here, this place was a lifesaver. Vegan & vegetarian sections on the menu & vegan baked goods available. Got the vegan burrito and an oatmilk latte and both were really good, staff was friendly, cute dining area.

Menu has a vegan and a vegetarian section. Their bakery case is well labeled for vegan and gluten free options. Vegan cheese sauce on the nachos was delicious, and their brownie was maybe the best brownie ever.

Another excellent vegan breakfast in Fairbanks! - Edit
We had nachos and a breakfast burrito. Both were delicious. We also ordered some sweet treats to-go which were good, except for the little bag of muddy muddies. Those were pretty expensive and sadly, not awesome. Overall this was such a cool little, family-friendly place! Loved the atmosphere.

Worth the Walk - Edit
If Happy Cow allowed five star ratings for cafes that are not 100% vegan I would have awarded five stars to Cafe De Stir it Up. Great options for various dietary requirements,the vegan wraps and sweet treats were really tasty and the staff were helpful and friendly. It was certainly worth the walk from downtown.
