Sauces very sugary - Edit
Ordered Pad Thai and the Vietnamese noodles with tofu as protein. The sauces for both dishes were very sugary compared with many many other Thai and Vietnamese restaurants we had visited throughout the year.

So Good! - Edit
Had the garlic pepper tofu and drunken noodles (both made vegan) along with the vegan roll. All were delicious! I wish I’d specified the spice level I wanted on the drunken noodles (to add more spice!), but they were good nonetheless. Would definitely return! Note: None of the pho was vegan bc the only options were chicken or beef broth, and they weren’t able to make any of the curries vegan, either.

Good Thai curries - Edit
Went here twice while in town. First trip was ok but server seemed new on the job. She said the ONLY vegan option was yellow curry despite many reviews saying they could veganize a few things. even stranger was that she said salad rolls weren’t vegan because they “cook everything in fish oil”…lol there’s nothing cooked in a salad roll. Anyway second time we went the server seemed way more on point but we got yellow curries anyway because it’s really tasty. So overall I’d recommend it as a good vegan option for Estes but your service experience may vary greatly depending on when you go and who’s working.

Atrocious - Edit
I don’t get it, maybe we went on an off day. Got the vegan roll, which had the wrong kind of rice, was just full of carrots, and tasted like the ingredients were about a week old. Got the drunken noodles veganized, because I’ve never had those get messed up, but the meal also tasted like it was made of ingredients that were just about to be pitched.

Feel free to check out my other reviews, I always skew overly positive even on decent experiences. Steer clear of this place. First time I’ve ever left a restaurant without finishing what I ordered.
Cons: Bad service, Bad food

Delicious - Edit
Had the veggie chow mein, yellow curry, and mango sticky rice. All were labeled vegan on the menu and delicious.
Read moreA different item (pho) was labeled VG (vegetarian) that listed chicken broth so would be prudent to confirm with servers when you order.

Our server was amazing! She knew exactly what to substitute and what dishes were truly vegan. The food was fresh and flavorful. We will definitely be back whenever we are in town!

Very Good! - Edit
After hiking in Rocky Mountain National Park, we were quite hungry and just saw this place from the river walk. I had Pad Thai and my husband had Drunken Noodles (made vegan). Both were very good. A bit pricey. There was a lot of oil, which I generally try to avoid but it's too difficult on vacation. The place was nice, not very big, noisy because of a large group, and a bit dark - I only noticed because it was so beautiful outside and I would have loved to be outside to eat but there was a big picture window overlooking some parking and then the river walk, no outside seating.
Read morePros: Yummy food, Decent portions, Medium price for a tourist town ($15 a meal)
Cons: Noisy when crowded, Dark inside, no outside seating, Too heavy on oil
