Cafe De Amor

I went into this cafe and was told that they are not a vegan or vegetarian cafe.

Coffee and snacks, no dinner, did not stay

I'm not one to focus on negatives, so I'm going to talk about the positives of this place first...

It was fairly cosy and chilled inside. The green tea was a good green tea.

Umm, yeah, that's pretty much it!

Okay, nothing was overly wrong with this place. But nothing was particularly good either. I visited at 11AM on a Friday, the only food options left were the vegan burger, the spaghetti and the spinach salad.

I ate both the burger (heated in the microwave) and the spinach salad (spinach sautéed with sesame seeds). Both were fine, an average snack. But definitely nothing special.

I tried a smoothie too, which was also okay. It was banana and pineapple, but unfortunately I couldn't taste much pineapple at all (juice from a carton was used).

Most disappointing was the lack of soy milk in stock, coffee was either black or with dairy. Neither of these are appealing! hehe.

Overall, a nice atmosphere and chilled cafe, but nothing to get excited about food wise. Up your game Cafe De Amor, and please, stock up on soy milk!

They serve the same cake like in the Luna Blanca, but the atmosphere for eat a cake and have coffee is here much better. The Burger is good, but they heat it in the microwave. We had been there three times and only one time was the burger available.The bean salad is made from can beans and not special.
