Hyggelig but few options - Edit
Has a vegan pie and a sandwich but you do need to request no dressing on the side salad (that comes with the pie). Very friendly and helpful staff

This is actually a really nice cafe. Very hyggeligt and in a great spot by the harbour. I'm only giving it a 3 because it's only coincidentally vegan with their Wild Kiwi pies. It makes no other real concession to vegans.
