7, World Cup-ro 12gil, Mapo-gu, Seoul, South Korea

Serves meat, vegan options available. Located on the first floor of Changbi publishers, this cafe offers a variety of all-vegan baked breads and pastries, including ones that are gluten-free and soy-free (ingredients are listed in Korean). Brings in food from a non-veg restaurant located in the basement. NOTE: July 2016 reported that items advertised as gluten-free may contain wheat flour, please confirm. Update June 2017 - downstairs part of cafe is closed, however the 1st floor bookshop part remains open. Removed July 2017 - reported no longer serves vegan options. All food is made with milk and eggs, etc. and the baker who used to work here has moved on.

no longer vegan - Edit

I just talked to the staff there, there is no more vegan food here since end of 2016. The baker is working at OOH Bread now not far from here.

My new work cafe - Edit

All cakes and baked items are vegan, but they don't have soy milk for their drinks, which is a shame.
The vegan bakery is located on the U-floor, if you come
early you get fresh baked goods.
Cafe is clean, spacious, friendly and comfortable working envirnonment. Please request soy milk, maybe they will start to offer it!

Vegan bread is back! - Edit

Newly opened 100% vegan bakery near Mangwon Station. Owned and operated by the vegan baker who used to make the bread for The Blue Bread. All of the baked goods which used to be available at The Blue Bread are here and just as delicious as ever. The baked goods are sold out of the cafe located on the first floor of Changbi Publishers. The cafe sells drinks with dairy and allows customers to order food off the menu of an outside non-veg restaurant (hence the "veg-friendly" listing), but the owner of the bakery (located separate in the basement) is committed to keeping the bakery 100% vegan, so all of the baked goods are safe to eat.

Deserves 5 stars!

Pros: Variety of delicious vegan baked goods, High quality ingredients, Friendly owner

Cons: At this time no soy milk at the cafe
