Great cakes, average food - Edit
Cafe Blumen is a lovely place, nicely situated in the centre of Mainz and great to have a coffee and watch people passing by. It is part of the club schon schön and thus it is open basically all night.
They always have some vegan cakes on offer (their banana bread is great and always there, the brownies are a tad dry). Also, they offer some salads and soups and a panini sandwich which are okay but small and a bit pricey for what they are.
Pros: great location, only place to get vegan food at night
Cons: savory food a bit too pricey
