Update - Edit
I decided to call before going to this restaurant and found that they're not open yet, so call before you go. I spoke with the owner - an incredibly sweet woman - and there's some leasing issue that's in the process of being resolved. She told me they will hopefully open in October. Can't wait to try Cafe Bloom!
