El camarero muy majo, pero solo pude pedir una ración de pimientos de padrón. Intenté pedir una ración de patatas (ya que las tienen en carta como guarnición) y en cocina no quisieron hacerlas ya no estaban en carta como tal. Entiendo que no puedan modificar otros platos para nosotros, pero unas patatas no hubiera costado nada. Al menos pude comer algo.

Option (just one) suitable for vegans - Edit
It's not easy to convey the concept of being vegan in a village that feeds & lives off cheese and meat products almost exclusively. Unsurprising then that several restaurants have precisely zero options for vegans. No, most dishes can't be modified readily either. And yes, most vegetables and salads come with meat and cheese. This is the only place I came across on my first night that offered grilled vegetables and potato wedges with a red pepper sauce. The avocado salad was very very basic. The portions were generous and the staff was polite & understanding.
