Vegan friendly cafe in patio - Edit
I expected about this cafe a lot, I don't know why... This cafe is small, located near of busy (tourist) street in patio. I wanted so hard some (vegan) cake and coffee, but there was only on offer chocolate muffins, which taste dry and few days old.
You can order your coffee with soy milk. Offers drinks, wine and beer etc. I think this is more a pub than cafe?
Pros: low prices, coffee with soy milk
Cons: offers only chocolate muffins, untasty muffins

Lovely vegan friendly café! - Edit
I ran into that café while wandering in Prague, and they do have some nice chocolate cupcakes and usually other types of cakes, but the lovely tenant told me the baker was on holiday so you should have more cake options from September on. They have soymilk options for every drink and a wide range of homemade so called "botanically infused" lemonade: Give it a try, you won't be disappointed :)
Pros: nice outside seating, pretty quiet, soymilk option, vegan cakes, pretty inexpensive , lovely tenant
