Modern hip Indonesian restaurant

Great little restaurant with a modern but warm atmosphere. Great to share food. But not that many vegan options.

Pros: Fresh ingredients , Reasonable portions

Cons: Not that many vegan options , A bit expensive

Delicious & Reasonable

Cafe Amoi provides a well labeled menu, however, I’m not 100% confident the chefs understand what vegan is.

The satay veggies tastes like it contains honey and came with a hard boiled egg after I had ordered it vegan. Thankfully, they brought it out a second time with tofu.

That said. The service, atmosphere, and flavors were all high quality and for a reasonable price. For under €20 I ordered the satay vegetables, yellow rice, and chili tempeh. The tempeh is cut into dense, thin strips and tastes nutty while the satay was sweet and spicy tender veggies and the rice was full of tropical flavor. There was so much food I had left overs!

Pros: Great flavor, Friendly staff, Reasonable prices

Cons: Probably more vegetarian than vegan

Erg gezellige plek met leuke bediening

Shared dining van Indonesische gerechten. Er staan veel vega(n) opties op de kaart. De vegan tahoe saté was heerlijk en een goede portie. Ook had ik boontjes met stukjes tempeh en gele rijst als bijgerechten, smaakten ook heel goed. Als dessert een scroppino maar dan van mango was een fijne afsluiter. Hielden heel goed rekening met onze dieet voorkeuren en allergieën.
