Delicious and fresh

Very glad to come across this cafe while visiting the Abiquiu area, where vegan options are sparse. There is a small vegan section of the menu with several options, as well as a vegan sorbet dessert option, clearly labeled. I had the yucca fries and the chickpea quinoa tacos. Very fresh-tasting and flavorful, side salad was delicious as well. Friendly service. Lovely to sit outdoors on the terrace under the trees and enjoy the early fall weather.
