Not vegan at all !!! - Edit
j'ai ete tres decue d'arriver ici et demapercevoir que non seulement ce n'est pas peu cher mais en plus il n'y à aucun plat vegan et très peu de plats végétariens (salade, ...).MAIS, J'ai expliqué mon ouverture au serveur (adorable!!!) Et il m'a concocté la meilleure salade vegan de ma vie! accompagné de riz et purée de frivoles. parfaitement cuisinés, joli, Bon, Et super aimable, Voilà pourquoi autant d'étoiles!le tout pour 80$ sans le pour boire .
Pros: le service, le cadre, la qualité de la cuisine
Cons: pas vegan, peu d'option vegetarienne, un peu cher

Best Mexican Vegetarian I have eaten - Edit
This restaurant has a true chef as an owner. The Tacos de Huitlacoche are amazing, and the Vegetarian Pozole (3 kinds, white, green, red) is amazing. After having lived and traveled all over Mexico, this is by far the best that I have eaten.
Pros: Should be rated 5-stars for Quality, Best Vegetarian Pozole and Tacos, Owner/Chef is wonderful

Incredible veg tacos, the best food in Oaxaca!!! - Edit
Cabuche was hands down the best food that we ate in the whole of Oaxaca! They have lots of vegetarian options and some vegan options. There are 4 vegetarian options on their taco menu, including pricky pear tacos, green pepper and cheese tacos, and the most amazing huitlacoche (corn fungus) tacos. There are also quesadillas on the menu, two kinds of soup including a rich tomato soup, and some salads including a beautiful sour grapefruit and radish salad. You also get free sides including corn chips, monkey nuts, picked onions and salsa. Can't recommend this place highly enough, just go!
