super long wait - Edit
tasty food that hits the spot, but they really need to hire another person as the owner is doing everything. was told 15 mins for the sandwiches, but as other people have noted it is closer to 45 minutes. really hope this place thrives in Brockton!

Accommodation galore! - Edit
My wife and I stopped by in the hopes that she could enjoy a meal that would cater to her particular allium allergy. The entire staff went to work to create something from scratch that would put a smile on her face. They also sell great grocery items.

Not good :( - Edit
We really wanted to love this place! We were staying in the outskirts of Boston and were very excited that this all-vegan place was near our Airbnb. We grabbed 3 sandwiches and a side of fries, all of which were incredibly greasy, soggy, and nearly inedible. They came with a side of potato chips/potato straws. Everything cost $60 and the wait time was an hour.

Fantastic food in an unlikely spot - Edit
Had been seeing Cabo on Happy Cow for awhile but hadn’t had a chance to make the trek to Brockton until today! All I can say is WOW! The staff was so kind and struck up a conversation with which was so unexpected but so appreciated. So often when you grab takeout it’s a quick exchange but Cabo’s staff took the time to get to know me (even confirmed they were pronouncing my name right). The food was outstanding. I had the Cuban Sandwich and Truffle Fries (two things I loved before going vegan). They were oh so yummy. Wish it was closer but for my wallet’s sake probably a good thing it isn’t!

Incredibly unique options! - Edit
Cabo vegan has a great menu with lots of variety. We got the Cuban sandwich, rissois vegano, the girasol porridge, and the kamoka sunrise shake. Everything was outstanding! The Cuban sandwich came with potato sticks, a yummy addition. The rissoi we wish had more filling or a dip to accompany it, but it was tasty. The porridge was super creamy and flavorful, as was the shake.

The owner Tome is super friendly and knowledgeable. We will definitely be back!

Friendly staff and delicious vegan rissois! Tasty interpretation of a lobster roll made with palm of hearts. The menu is very interesting and also I loved the selection in the store space.

Delicious food and nice folks - Edit
Stopped in on a day trip around the south shore. Ordered ahead of time by around 30 mins and when we got there it took another 20 to prepare. Luckily the space was nice and our little boy got to play with the owners toddler while we waited. The owners were both lovely people. The food was wonderful. There was a porage that our baby loved as well as a yummy pesto panini and tofu breakfast sandwiches. Loved the Portuguese rolls and the Cape Verdean flavors. Food was all really yummy. Would not hesitate to stop here again if we are in the area. Hopefully with time they will figure out the order/wait time, so having some extra patience would be helpful when you visit.

Cool place - Edit
I ordered the big breakfast plate and a cupcake, there was a wait time when I got there although I ordered 30 minutes ahead of time but I was ok with it. My breakfast and cupcake was really good. When I got there I noticed lasagna in the fridge and decided to get for dinner since I was visiting from out of town, I was so disappointed, it was not good at all, not much flavor, taste salty, the meat sub wasn't good and too much was used and not enough red sauce. The owner was really friendly and they seem to have good quality food.

Delicious! - Edit
I just happened to be nearby (at Good Samaritan Hospital) and I was thrilled to see that Happy Cow listed a vegan restaurant nearby. The barbecue chicken sliders were adorable and tasty. The street corn was amazing! Thank you so much, Cabo and Happy Cow!

Love Love Love - Edit
My first experience with Cabo Vegan was when they were just doing special orders. I am so happy they finally have a brick and mortar and a wonderful menu to select from. My co-workers (they are all non-vegan) and I ordered one half day at work. Our only complaint was the time the order took, but giving them grace as they just opened. I have gone back several times for their featured desserts. Very Happy to have them here. There are VEGANS IN BROCKTON lol

Great people, working out glitches - Edit
As of March 18, 2023 this place is takeout only, you must order online and cannot go inside. It took an hour to have our three sandwiches made, and then another 12 minutes after I got the message they were ready standing outside the door before someone was available to give them to me. After the wait, we were a little underwhelmed, but would definitely give this place another try when we are in the area because we really want this place to make it. I hope once they get fully set up it will be smoother. It sounds like when the marketplace is available there will be some great hard-to-find vegan products for sale.

We ordered a few different sandwiches and the seamoss drink, everything was fresh and so delicious!! We did not realize at first they only do take out. We are from out of town but will definitely be back every time we visit family in the area. They are a bit pricey but the quality of the food is worth it.
