Serves meat, vegan options available. Mexican restaurant with veggie choices for tacos, burritos, fajitas, entree salads. Most vegetarian dishes can be made vegan by omitting the cheese. Beer-battered fried tofu for tacos and burritos is available, though ask if uses a separate fryer from meat. Open Mon-Thu 11:00am-10:00pm, Fri-Sat 11:00am-11:00pm, Sun 11:00am-10:00pm.

beware of butter!!! - Edit

Cabo offers tofu as a protein option but be careful, they put butter in their rice. We had been eating it for awhile until we finally had a server that knew what vegan meant and she gave us the bad news. It really is a shame because this restaurant had great potential as a vegan option. You can leave the rice out of your dish but that might not leave you satisfied.

Pros: tofu options

Cons: butter in rice
