Super unique food, excellent beer - Edit
Bywater Brewpub (BBP) is a favorite! Everyone there is really talented and this place shines because of it. The chef Anh is a master of Viet-Cajun cuisine, the brewer has been making beer for decades, all the staff are welcoming, friendly, and quick.

Everything is delicious. For first timers, the fried tofu phoritto is what to get. All the flavors and textures of pho- noodles, herbs, hoisin- wrapped in a tortilla and grilled. Get it with the Thai basil emulsion!!!!! I would drink that sauce if they served it by the glass
Other menu items come and go so check their website and Insta before you go.
The vegetarian fried tofu sandwich gets rave reviews from my friends (the bun and mayo aren't vegan)
Pros: Unique and delicious Viet-Cajun food, Lots of vegan options, Everyone who works there is great
