Great for Veggie Friends

I was pleasantly surprised to see as many veggie options on the menu as I did. I went to the restaurant for dinner and had the Italian Sausage dish, which allows for the substitution of a plant based beyond sausage. The dish was plated beautifully. The beyond sausage, risotto, tomato sauce, and veggies were flavorful and cooked perfectly. So rich and satisfying without being too heavy. Best meal I’ve had so far in Montana.
