As someone who tries to avoid beyond and impossible this place was assume. Price is solid for SoHo, you won't find many meals cheaper vegan or otherwise in the area.

I asked for the chicken sandwich and they acted like they never heard about it. I really like the idea of this place but it’s just very half assed. Waited a good while for my food even it was empty and fries were not hot. Overall would probably not come back.

My wife and I happened upon this incredible vegan spot because of a chalkboard on the corner directing us down the block. We immediately made a left, strolled down the street and went inside. The restaurant is very clean and the seating is very comfortable. The menus are posted on a tv screen with photos and ingredients. They have a wide selection of menu items for every taste. We noticed a constant stream of deliveristas so you know the food is absolutely delicious. I enjoyed a burger and my wife sampled the chicken fingers. We split an order of mixed air fried potatoes. The air fried potatoes we ordered were a mix of potato and sweet potato. Next time we are In SoHo we will definitely stop in again.

Order the quinoa taco salad - you won't regret it! Very nice spot for a quick lunch with some cute decor. Pleasant atmosphere, clean, and very nice staff. For a chain, this left me with a pretty good impression.

Visited here when it was by Chloe and loved it but returning in 2021 it was dirty, staff didn’t check our vaccination cards for check in, the chips/fries tasted like those ones you’d left on your bedside table after a night out, totally dry, no seasoning. The burgers we got were warm at best. Really let down won’t be returning. It would be one star if the app would let me.

I personally don't understand why By Chloe has only 4 stars as a total rating-- I believe all of its restaurants deserve 5 star ratings: as a vegan fast-casual food chain, they implement their food concept effectively.
Read moreYes, the prices of the dishes here are high, but that's understandable to me, because By Chloe's dishes include vegan alternatives to meat and dessert ingredients, which are expensive at the store to begin with. I've personally enjoyed the "push-pop" style ice cream offered here, their air baked fries, and any of their salad bowls, whose portions are generous.
The last time I dined in at By Chloe was with my relatives, who were in New York from out of town-- and we savored all the food we ordered, including the vegan wine we enjoyed.

I’ve been here a couple times only since they don’t really have healthy, or at least sugar free, options. So I didn’t even ask about it, just got the cesar salad. It was good. We also had the BLT, lots of freah lettuce inside. Half and half fries (normal & sweet potato) were good too and came with two dipping sauces. Service was excellent: they didn’t have outdoor seating but carried a table outside for us. We were so happy about that, and the way they did it.
