The gyoza are sooo good and the yuzu shio ramen is the best I ever had.

Ramen are delicious and not to spicy. The broth was delicious and the flavours exploded in your mouth. It's great to see the chefs making ramen right in front of us. However, ramen is still quite expensive and the staff is not very available.

Am besten reservieren, sonst muss man auch mal länger warten.

A friend was visiting and wanted to try Ramen so we went here and were disappointed.
Read moreThe place has one vegan starter and two different vegan main options to choose from. We shared the "Vegan Sui-Gyoza" starter which was good and then I had the "Vegan Tonkotsu Ramen" which was alright.
There's an open kitchen which is cool but unfortunately the staff was unfriendly and felt stressed. When we were being served another waiter also dropped the chop sticks which spilled soya sauce on our clothes.
Overall an alright place but the staff brings the rating down for me as we did not have the best experience.

The best ramen I ever had! Tried the Tonkotsu and TanTan Ramen. TanTan was my favourite but both were delicious.

Read more„Buya Izskaya Ramen“ - just go there, highy recommended. Both dishes, sashimi as well as ramen, are super delicious. They use great ingredients of high quality, therefore its nothing but yummy. Not to spicy, for me :-)
Furthermore the stuff was friendly, helpful and on point.

Fresh ingredients, English speaking staff with many vegan and non-vegan options. The taste was good and the prices higher than the mid range but for the quality of the food was OK.

Very spicy though! At least i know that i need to ask for less chilli oil next time. Anyway, waiting time was around 15 minutes for me, i am really glad I didn’t give up. I really loved it.

Delicious Tonkotsu ramen - Edit
Modern, cool ramen restaurant with the kitchen on full display inside the dining area.At 7 pm on a Sunday evening it was full so we had to wait 30 minutes to be seated. There were three vegan main dishes to choose from. I had the Vegan Tonkotsu and it arrived in less than 10 minutes. It was delicious, especially the sauce.
