Lovely Thanksgiving meal (two years now!) - Edit
We picked up a vegan thanksgiving meal that was delicious, well packaged and came with clear storage and reheating instructions.

Great Small Batch and Thanksgiving 2024 - Edit
Found Butterhead at a Mercy Vegan Pop-up in Bethlehem, Pa. Brought home some of their small batch mozzarella cheez. Very tasteful, nice texture, spreads well on bread.

Jason creates magic! - Edit
Jason is a wonder to be around. He created an experience to come in and relax, all while he cooks for you. He holds events throughout the Lehigh Valley in local businesses and at festivals. His products are scattered throughout as well, including Easton Public Market and Green Earth Market in Emmaus. I have been to multiple events, trying different menu items and I have also been to his location with a group of 8 people and had a full meal demonstration. On top of that, he offers meals for the holidays and private dining around special events. I highly recommend planning a night at Butterhead in Easton or going to one of his events throughout the valley. He makes being vegan easy.

Butterhead is the BEST! - Edit
We have loved this company from the day we found it a few years ago. They sometimes attend vegan markets where they always sell out! Their stuff is carried various places locally but we stock up at Highmark Farm Stand in the Easton Public Market. We have also had them cater meals at our retreat center and everyone raves, especially about their charcuterie boards which are full of homemade cheese & meats (vegan of course!!) Whether you go take a class, or find their fresh goods to take home, or need an amazing plant based catering option… you cannot go wrong here!

This Place ROCKS! - Edit
I've had the pleasure of attending a couple of the cooking demos, and I'm blown away. Jason makes it a super fun evening for everyone, where you eat a great meal and learn about cooking some very tasty dishes. Everything is made simple enough for anyone to try, and you walk away with all the recipes. Way better than a dinner out at a restaurant, and a great place for vegans to bring non-vegan friends, so they can see how fabulous food can be without animal products. Some nice homemade vegan products like cheese and pepperoni for sale too. Butterhead kitchen is a game changer. Just wish they could be in multiple locations.
