My friend and I loved the look of this place, but we went and realised it’s been closed for ages! Happy Cow, please stop showing this one on the feed. 💚

Great vegan döner and buffet

The buffet is new a asian style buffet including spring rolls, greend beans and fried noodles. Cigköfte and Seitan Döner are generally vegan except one yogurt sauce.
Great for takeaway, also many seats in the back.

Pros: Big vegan selection, both hot and cold food, very affordable

Cons: Entry area is a bit narrow

Tasty food, friendly staff and good location

There is abundance of tasty vegan and vegetarian foods. Their main attraction is their seitan dürüm and their ciğköfte, but they also offer freshly made smoothies, guacamole wraps and a buffet with a lot of food options.

Their staff is very friendly, easy to talk to and hardworking.

Safe to say that this is one of my 2 favourite places to eat out.

Pros: The food is absolutely tasty, Friendly staff, Good location

Cons: Entrance is a bit narrow

Awesome spot near Basel's main train station

Located a few hundred meters from Basel's main train station, this restaurant can easily be reached by either foot or tram.
It is a great favourite of mine and a few work colleagues and we grab lunch there at least once a week.

Aside from their specialty Seitan durum/wraps (with vegan sauces to boot) and cigkofte (a vegan version of kofte) they also regularly have seasonal specialties - and are always happy to make a recommendation or answer your questions!

The lunch buffet is has many vegetarian dishes, most of which are also vegan. And at 9.50 CHF per (takeaway) plate combined with the quality, it's easy to see why this is one of my personal favourite lunch places ;-)

Pros: all dishes vegetarian, many vegan, home-made lemonades and smoothies (seasonal), very friendly and helpful staff

Cons: sales counter too close to the entrance
