So much like chipotle - Edit
They did have several vegan options, which included impossible me (taco, salad). But I found the food to be very mediocre and felt like I was eating fast food in the United States.

Amazing impossible tacos! - Edit
This absolutely hit the spot. Nothing fancy, just a fast casual Mexican place with a ton of customization options. Exactly what we needed!

Awesome Tacos - Edit
Loved the vegan options with impossible meat. The verde, strawberry and papaya hot sauces are amazing. Order at the counter electronically. Food was fast and a great option on the way to Fajardo for the BioBay Kayak tour. Homemade margarita pouches looked amazing even though we didn't try them. Would come back.

Yum - Edit
We picked here because of the impossible options. We got a burrito and It was delicious. We did sub out the cauliflower rice with the Mexican rice because my daughter isn’t a fan of cauliflower rice. They gave us a generous portion of impossible meat in the actual burrito.

Get the tacos - Edit
Decent vegan effort. Impossible meat for tacos, burritos, quesadilla (no vegan cheese so just vegetarian). Burrito is too heavy and wet bc of impossible meat with cauliflower rice (not sure why they don’t use regular rice - I guess bc all vegans/vegetarians are weird?) Anyway, taco was decent and there homemade sauces are good.

PERFECT before the bioluminescence tour! - Edit
You're a sucker it was a little confusing finding the place but we managed and they were very attentive and bilingual and easy to convince. It is on the main road, not the alleyway that the happy cow address sent us to

Casual, yummy place with vegetarian options - Edit
This place was great! Very casual and low key. They have regular meat options and also 4 options for vegetarian using "impossible" meat. I had the veggie burrito supreme, which had impossible meat and cauliflower rice. Delicious! My husband had a pork quesadilla, which he really like.

Food was good, waiters nice, service meh. - Edit
Staff was nice. We ordered from their vege menu. Food came at all different times. Not if it was an off night. We were 2 and her meal & both apps came first. When she was done her drink came. Then when she was done with that my drink came, and eventually my meal. But the other person was already done. The taste was decent, a little blend, good impossible meat amount. We were full. I think we paid too much for the presentation (all styrofoam ans plastic) and quality IMO. It was ok overall, but does have vegetarian options.

5 stars for sure - Edit
We got the Veggie Burrito and the veggie tacos. I expected these items to be vegetarian and not vegan. But we realized that there wasn’t any cheese. So they are actually vegan. They also used cauliflower rice instead of traditional rice which I found to be a nice touch. They had extremely generous portions of impossible meat. And it was very flavorful. The service was fast and friendly. The prices were average for a normal “Impossible” meat item except that they provide 2-3 times the portion size. I would highly recommend this place.

Cons: Slightly on the pricy side, Small place (only seats about 20)
