Love it - Edit
Look I am a bagel fanatic and loved this place. They’re delicious, soft & chewy bagels.
Read moreCute atmosphere inside and I loved it so much I went again the next day.
Hot cocoa was good too.
They also have sweets which I didn’t try.

Mediocre - Edit
I requested 3 of the most popular sellers - being hungry and unable to visit due to many reasons - I thought let's go crazy and stuff myself because face it - good and easily accessible vegan food can sometimes be hard to find for a reasonable price.
Read moreWhat I received was 3 pretty much exactly the same, which was a hummus / yogurt style on bread.
If i knew exactly what tasted good, and considering I made it clear I wanted to try their food for the first time, I would have taken a leap.
Yep - massive carb, OK flavour and left me super disappointed.
Am sure other people have had good experiences. Since I aim to keep my carb count low, this was supposed to be a treat for my addictive carb cravings. Sure the bagel was soft, and am sure you may get what you're after - but I won't waste another opportunity.
Pros: Their menu looked interesting, Busy, which helps to keep stock fresh, Bagel was soft
Cons: Don't ask for assistance, Busy - so maybe you could be viewed as a nuisance, Overpriced for what I received.

Must visit for any Bagel loving Vegan. - Edit
Super tasty bagels in an awesomely styled cafe. Great coffee too. There are maybe two menu options containing dairy (which are thankfully clearly labelled as ‘Dairy’) but apart from that the rest of the menu is vegan friendly. Totally recommend if you are in the Hobart CBD. Great place to grab some takeaway food before a mountain hike too.

Pros: 95% of the menu is vegan., Great tasting bagels and coffee., Grab a bagel and head up the mountain.

Hmmm - Edit
On the dining room door it states open until 2:30pm. I arrived at 1:45pm and was told it was closed. Then I bought a bagel with "The Lot" in the takeaway area and it was agreed they'd warm it up. I waited a little while and she handed me the bagel saying it was warmed up. I sat down in the takeaway area and opened it and it was cold. The "bagel" had no hole in it but a lot of dough and very little filling. Hardly worth $12. Quite bizarre behaviour. (No cash, card only.) I'm in no rush to return!

Best Bagels EVER! - Edit
These Bagels were amazing! I have never had freshly baked bagels like this in a cafe before! The ‘pepperoni’ and ‘cheeseburger’ bagels were unlike anything I’ve tried before! The sweet bagels were also delicious! Highly recommend the Cinnamon Crunch with veg butter and dipped in cinnamon sugar 😍 Great coffee too!

Well worth a stop over - Edit
I was out getting coffee from Vilano around the corner (very good) and stopped by to pick up a couple bagels. Wow, they were really good. Well worth a visit! A couple options were already sold out in one hour, so get them while they are hot!

Coffee was a bit underwhelming but bagel was nice - Edit
I came here for breakfast. Unfortunately there was no seating, presumably due to staff shortages. I ordered a large soy coffee to take away. I found it was a bit “milky” and not strong enough. I ordered the lot for my breakfast. It was on an everything bagel which was delicious. It had cashew smear and pickles. It was nice enough without being amazing.

Great food & great service - Edit
Great bagels of many kinds, with so many toppings. I was overwhelmed by choice, so I asked for help choosing which bagel and toppings to go with it. The staff were really friendly and helpful about it, also making sure all the ingredients were vegan.

So awesome - Edit
Absolutely love bury me standing. They have the best bagels I’ve ever had in my life. There’s a little cafe area to sit on one side. Or a takeaway area on the other. All the bagels, sweets etc are vegan except for the cheese bagel. They’ve got 3 kinds of house made vegan shmear. It really is awesome, and their cinnamon scrolls are amazing!!
