A couple of vegan options on the menu, including a DIY bowl and a "vegan socialist" burrito that's vegan by default. I got the burrito — it was huge and pretty good.

Family really likes this place and the vegan burrito is packed with flavor. New bowls are good and customizable. If in a rush on a weekend order ahead.

There is one item labeled vegan - socialist burrito. The chips are not labeled vegan and the server had no idea why. We all ordered the one item on the menu. None of them came with guacamole like they are supposed to. If you want to add guacamole to other non-vegan burritos, they upcharge you $3. We noticed the lack of guacamole after most of us were done eating and we were talking about how boring and disappointing the food was when we got a menu to figure out they were missing the guacamole.
Read moreWhen we showed the server the remaking burrito missing guacamole their response was to tell the kitchen staff for next time or offer me a side of guacamole to take home with my remaining half burrito. This was $12 worth of food we were missing. Our bill before tip and without drinks was $72!!! These are not cheap and they don’t fix their $12 mistakes on their boring food.

Tried to dine in one evening and there was a 45-minute wait, so we came back a different night. Had the Vegan Socialist burrito but I'm allergic to guac and they were out of ding sauce, so the burrito was not super flavorful. I liked the chunky veggies, but overall it was pretty plain. Maybe would be better if combined with more chips & salsa & beers.

I got the Happier Worker with chips and tomatillo salsa and was very pleased. Reasonably priced with yummy Fitger’s beer. I’d definitely visit again!

Vegan Socialists - Edit
We got a couple of vegan socialist burritos. Nice flavor with fresh veg, though the tortilla was quite soggy (perhaps from the tasty coleslaw type thing inside). The prices were right and the service was excellent. We sat at the upstairs outside balcony and it wasn’t crowded, unlike all the tourist places which were busting at the seams. We were glad to escape the crowds for this cool place.

My favorite restaurant - Edit
This is such a quirky place and I love it so much. It's the first restaurant I bring people when anyone visits from out of town. This place is definitely not totally vegan or vegetarian but is very veg friendly with it's multiple options for both. I never leave this place hungry :)
