Going Crazy in Acapulco - Edit
We picked up a burrito absolutely ram packed with beans, rice, salsa and guacamole to replace the cheese and a Beyond Meat burger. Nicely prepared, all good on the Mexican front.

Je pensais manger un "vegan burrito" avec du simili-carné mais au final pas du tout : c'est juste un burrito sans viande, juste les légumes de la garniture. En plus le personnel ne doit pas en servir souvent puisqu'ils ont failli mettre du fromage à l'intérieur, j'ai pu les arrêter à temps.

The food was delicious. I had the vegan burger and my mum had a vegetarian taco (it’s vegan on the menu but you have to option to add cheese). The server was friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend.

getting a “vegan” burger at places that aren’t full vegan/vegetarian places is always a toss up, but the vegan burger here is phenomenal!! can’t say anything negative about it!
