Very good vegan options - Edit
Super friendly service & the „Gemüsegröstl“ was fresh and delicious. I did not expect there to be any options beside a side salad and fries and was pleasantly surprised.

We did a tour of the Burg Hohenwefen castle and was very excited to find that they had a section of the menu dedicated to vegan dishes. We ordered both of the mains, a vegan curry and a vegan mixed vegetable dish. I have no clue what they put in that vegetable dish but it was insane, we both scarfed it down within minutes of it being at the table. Very good portion sizes for both dishes. The curry was also delicious! We both left very full and spent $30 on two bottles of water a soda and the two meals. Definitely the perfect lunch spot after a tour!
