Good food, disappointing service + messed up orders

We ordered carry-out from here for the first time yesterday. When ordering, the menu online said impossible sliders, but the restaurant told us they only had full size impossible burgers (which wasn’t on the menu at all). Difficult to determine if buns were vegan, so I got a lettuce wrap. Despite saying they had strict Covid precautions, chefs in the kitchen weren’t wearing masks and didn’t put them on when asked by wait staff. My Uncut vegan sliders ended up coming soaked in a definitely dairy-based sauce even though the receipt reflected my request for no sauce. Another family member didn’t get any toppings on their burger at all. Food tasted good though, and the meat-eaters in my family enjoyed their burgers. Overall my advice is check your meal to make sure they put the correct toppings on it before carrying it out. Otherwise, a good choice for vegan options in the area.
