Improper Preparation - Edit
Normally BurgerFi is great, but at this specific location, I requested the vegan beyond, and they gave me one with a potato bun, which according to their online FAQ, is not vegan. I pointed out that they gave me a potato bun instead of multigrain for the vegan beyond, and they doubled down and told me they serve all their vegan beyonds with potato buns, but would toast a multi grain bun for me. I had to transfer the contents myself over to a multi grain bun they flattened before giving to me, which was very messy and required many napkins. Unless the potato bun is now vegan (which I don't think it is), make sure you explicitly request the multi grain here even if you order the vegan beyond since this location doesn't serve it with a vegan multigrain bun by default.
