Surprising find at the mall

I live near here and usually visit the mall but leave when it's time to eat because of the lack of options available for me. I stumbled upon this while waiting for my mom's food and decided to get a beyond burger. It was good, but it took about 20-25 minutes to come out. If I order here again, I might go before I get hungry just to have the food ready. I also specified that I wanted no mayo or cheese!

Pros: Friendly staff

Cons: Long wait (due to limited staff)
