Heard of this place through the grape vine and it didn't disappoint. Great food and service. Biggest gripe was there were too many great looking options to choose!

These burgers are real good. They come with great sauces and the “chicken” patty is fantastic. The bun and the rest of the ingredients are a little plain. The “chicken” bites are a good deal.

Lovely staff, good range, but it was definitely fast food! Was a bit too oily and deep fried, and way too much sauce for my taste but nice for a change. What I wanted was out of stock so I had the big smoke burger bowl, fries and a chocolate milkshake. All vegan at this place which is cool!

Before the lockdown I went to Burger Plant for lunch and wow what an experience. Unlike alot of burger joints burger plant is vegan and caters for your allergies. I had a great burger full with amazing flavour and texture. Was a journey for my taste buds. Also the service was amazing with the staff catering for my allergies. I would reccomend burger plant to people worldwide. And I would definitely be going back for more and with new tech and recipes coming you can count me in. In my view as a diploma student in hospo management. I see burger plant becoming the new trend and up and coming Burger joint in 2020. They may even be a to show Burger King and mc Donald's a few things. Keep the great work up burger plant.

Tried Burger Plant twice on a recent visit to Dunedin and enjoyed it both times. I tried the cheese burger and China town burger (both great), loaded cheese burger fried (also great) and the spicy chook nuggets (not a fan of these - I’m just not really in this kind of fake meat personally). There was a bit of a wait for food on my first visit but it was their first week of operation. There’s also very limited seating here so it’s more of a takeaway place. It would be great if all the burgers could be made in the smaller size so there’s more room for fries! Can’t wait to try the loaded doughnuts next time.

Really pleased to see a local team start up a vegan takeaway. The food is amazing, it is affordable, the service is great, and heaps of parking. Great selection of burgers, loaded fries, donuts and plant based shakes. Also happy to see this place busy, lots of people embracing a plant based lifestyle.
