Staff very knowledgeable - Edit
Staff were great about answering questions, everything was clearly labeled. Vegan cheese burger sauce were both vegan so no sad burger on a bun like some other chains. Plus 4 flavors of vegan milkshake and root beer float. Clean environment, fast service. Definitely will be back.

We were in the Bay Area for the weekend and in our old neighborhood. I decided to stop into Burger Lounge for a quick bite after a workout.

I was not long ago in Walnut Creek. Was late and on foot at the time. Went down to Berkeley next day and grabbed something at The Butcher,s Son. Hope your visit was super terrific up North!

I'm so upset after eating here. I ordered a vegan lounge burger, and when it got to me, I thought it was a regular old plant based patty, but as soon as I took a bite, I knew. The grease and the difference in flavor were a huge giveaway (especially the grease). I am so furious about this. I said something about it; they remade it and then tried to serve me onion rings even thoigh i ordered fries. When I asked if they were vegan (I knew damn well, they weren't) said no and took them back. If I made a big deal about the non-vegan burger, why the hell would I want non-vegan fries. 🤦🏼♀️ I'm livid, to say the least.. I won't be back..

It was our first time today in Burger Lounge. We went to Walnut Creek location. The cooks and people behind register are so nice a very helpful. We ordered vegan burgers and really loved it. We really recommend this place!

Adding more Vegan options! - Edit
As of Saturday they only had one vegan option. However, the staff told me starting Monday, 6/28 they would be adding an additional plant based menu! I even saw a sneak peek and it included milkshakes. I will update my review once I go back, but their one plant based option was delicious so definitely a great spot if you have friends who eat meat
