Food truck serving vegan food, reported no longer offering honey dijon mustard sauce as of Nov 2015. Choose from various patties (made of tofu, hemp, rice, kidney beans, cabbage and corn) and sauces. Vegan cheese available. Also offering (partly organic) soft drinks. Has 2 standing tables. Open Mon-Sat 11:30am-9:00pm.

A Must-Eat! - Edit
Coming to study in Jena I was worried about the lack of choice for vegans, but on my first visit to the city I discovered this food truck and it blew me away! Fast, friendly service and delicious food! I had the Kräuterburger and you choose two sauces from an expansive list. They also have loads of information about veganism, hemp etc on the stand and seem like cool guys!
As far as I can tell everything is vegan and ethical! This is definitely going to be my regular lunch spot.
Pros: Ethical, All Vegan, Delicious and fresh
Cons: Menu can be a bit confusing to read
