Cheezeburger & Fries - Edit
I was surprised this is inside an actual IKEA. I figured the building was too small, but there is a food court on the first floor. Burger and Fries were delicious.

The best fries! - Edit
I love the Lastad Fries! They remind me of the animal fries that I used to get from In-N-Out, only they taste healthier and of higher quality. The cucumber slices are a genius addition as they are a refreshing accompaniment to an otherwise hefty side.

My only complaint is that the place seems kinda dead. It took a while for someone to come up and take my order.

Update came back and tried the food. Oyster mushrooms highly recommended, coleslaw good, cheeseburger pretty good, do not get the chicken sando - not good!

We had the Big Enorm and the Smørrebun with the loaded fries! Everything was quite tasty! The Smørrebun could be a bit special if you're not into fennel or celery, be aware! Especially the loaded fries were a dream! Service was quite friendly!

Tasty burger - Edit
I had the meal combo for $15 which included an Impossible burger, fries or slaw and a choice of lemonade, iced tea or a canned ale. It felt like a bargain.

My friend got lunch from another vendor. It's nice that you can go with friends and people can choose whichever cuisine they prefer.

Yummy burgers at a great price - Edit
An entirely plant based burger place! I tried the house burger and it was yummy and very affordable ($8.50) for a simple burger with ketchup, mustard, onions and pickle.

The oyster mushroom bites were good, but I personally thought the mushroom pieces were cut too small so it was too fried.
I was surprised at how meaty the burger patty tasted, it's almost a little off-putting. It would be nice if they had a portobello burger or something that wasn't faux meat. But I'll definitely be back again to try more.
Pros: All vegan, Reasonable prices
Cons: No burgers without faux meat patty

I cannot get enough of this place. Once I found out one of the co-chef's from NOMA was designing the menu for this place it'd be fully vegan I was extremely stoked.
Read moreThe hype definitely lives up to the PR as well because the Smorebun (pictured) is hands down the best vegan burger I've ever had! They use beyond beef which I am usually eh about but the seasonings and toppings they use makes the texture of the beyond beef much better than in other dishes. The lastad fried are always a great pairing as well as I am a fanatic of their pickled cucumbers. My #1 spot whenever I go to Saluhall in SF.

I tried the open-faced vegan roe burger, and it was so convincing that my friend questioned whether I was still vegan! (She thought there was a fried chicken egg on top.) But I reminded her that this burger counter is completely vegan. The vegan roe was very creamy, and I loved the fennel and dill on top. I also think one bun is plenty for me: maybe I can try the other options open-faced, too!
