Fantastic - Edit
I tried the open-faced vegan roe burger, and it was so convincing that my friend questioned whether I was still vegan! (She thought there was a fried chicken egg on top.) But I reminded her that this burger counter is completely vegan. The vegan roe was very creamy, and I loved the fennel and dill on top. I also think one bun is plenty for me: maybe I can try the other options open-faced, too!

Their vegan cheezeburger was amazing. (I ordered without mustard). Just the way I want a cheese burger to taste like!!
