Good location, otherwise mediocre at best - Edit
So the spicy sauce on the burger has egg in it, if you order it without it is vegan. The burger is ok, but not great, it really is just a bun with the vegetable pattie and pickles. Which would be fine, but it is quite overprised for what it is (8€). I guess that's expectable in the location, which is the one good thing. So if you have the time to go elsewhere I would suggest you do that, if you're looking for a quick snack before or after visiting the museum, it will do.

Nice Easy Bite to Eat - Edit
We went here after a morning at the musee D'Orsay. We just had the burger with no spicy sauce as this isn't vegan and we really enjoyed it. The burger and bottle of water were 11 euros. We went and ate in the sun by the river. A good option if you are on the move and just want something quick.

Excellent ! - Edit
Excellent burger végétal maison. La galette de légumes est goûteuse et les condiments se marient bien avec l'ensemble.

It exists - Edit
From a 3 Michelin star chef I’d expect more than that.

Phénoménal ! - Edit
Le burger est un vrai délice, grâce, entre autres, à la délicieuse galette de légumes. Les chips de légumes sont passables mais pas désagréables, tout au contraire. La mousse au chocolat est un régal.

Ok burger - Edit
The burger was OK but I expected more from the name Alain Ducasse. I prefer grilled patties but these were only reheated I like that they use almost only French ingredients. The food is served fast. I did not like the chips.

Disappointing - Edit
When the great French Chef Alain Ducasse proposes a vegan burger concept, we want to try it! We imagine that haute gastronomy will meet street food with something never seen before. Unfortunately, this is not the case. There is only one burger on the menu, with just the possibility to choose between three sauces: Spicy, Herb or Vegetable. The burger is really quite simple: a bun, a veggie patty, an aubergine condiment and three pickle rings. That's it... Plus, it's a small burger. The taste is very good, with a real search for flavour. But there is no texture play in the mouth. It's soft and the patty is closer to a vegetable puree than a steak.
Read moreThe side dishes are just crisps: three vegetables or chickpeas. Not homemade, just like the vegan chocolate mousse. These are products you can buy in organic shops.
In short, it's a rather average experience, which is not worthy of its creator. I was still very hungry after finishing my meal. It's a pity.
Pros: Good taste, Not too expensive, Friendly staff
Cons: No seating available, Too small portion, No boldness
