Flammkuchen with a view - Edit
Great to be able to have a vegan version of traditional Mosel food. They only had flammkuchen labelled as vegan when we were there, but we asked about the kartoffelrösti after seeing them in another review and these were confirmed as vegan too. Everything was good, view is amazing, lovely walk up from the town, a bit expensive as others have said but good experience. It's currently open every day (summer 2024) unlike what it says on Happy cow, so it's worth checking their website.

Magnificent place to grab a bite to eat, with a sublime view! Please note that it is better to book to get a place with a view!
Read moreI enjoyed my time there but unfortunately there is no vegan dish strictly speaking.
I still enjoyed my flamkuchen but it was more of a starter than a main course... I left feeling hungry and yet I'm not a big eater...

Amazing location, and several vegan options on the menu (labelled).
We had the hummus (appetizer), flammkuchen and potato pancakes with apples.
Light lunch, culinary not nearly as spectacular as the view, but good enough!
Lovely new restaurant integrated into the ruins of an old castle, on top of the hill. With a nice view over the Moselle (Moezel) and Bernkastel.
And completely accessible with accessible toilet 👍

Astonishing view and nice food - Edit
The restaurant next to the ruins of castle Landshut has several vegan dishes on the menu. We chose the vegan umami burger with fries. There was also a vegan flammkuchen.
