Italian restaurant in Hitoyoshi with vegan course menu - Edit
Visit this lovely place, with scenery windows and refreshing interior design in pale colors, two times. Once with my co-workers and once for birthday party.

Came here with family to have lunch with vegan option for me.
There is a separate menu for vegetarians which has a warning about cross contamination for vegan dishes with other non-vegan foods. Also, it says that vegan dishes are not certified by third party. Which is fine for me.
Before ordering we asked waitress about vegan options, she didn't know what's vegan (even through other side of the menu uses ヴィーガン), so she went and asked chef about it. His reply was vague. He said, he can't guarantee that food won't have non vegan dashi or so in it.
I was like WTF. They write vegan on menu, and no one knows what's vegan?...
Not coming back x)

Very nice Italian restaurant in HITOYOSHI. - Edit
I was able to eat authentic Italian food in vegan. The owner knew vegan very well and was very friendly. Whenever I come to Hitoyoshi, I will definitely come again.
