Vegan Italian Beef - Edit
Wanted to love it. Was good but not great. Vegan beef was simply bland. Had to add giardiniera to get flavor. Because of lack of flavor I wouldn't come back but thrilled they offer a Vegan Italian Beef! 🎉

So glad that Buona partnered with Upton's Naturals to offer a vegan Italian Beef sandwich!! You can also buy the Buona/Upton's vegan Italian Beef tray in some grocery stores in the freezer section! Then get a package of Turano french rolls and there ya go!

Great Vegan Beef - Edit
We visit Buona often. The Vegan Beef is made of seitan and is juicy with Italian seasoned veggie broth & olive olive. Add on sweet peppers & giardiniera. Get the sandwich or they also have a bowl with the Vegan beef, sweet peppers & Vegan cheese. I usually ask they put it on top of a bed of spinach for extra nutrients. A bowl of Minestrone soup is also really good with a side salad (no cheese or croutons).
