I'm not a fan of their soup,but the Seiten based Vegan beef was delicious. Bonus, they're open late.
Like the meat versions, they dip the vegans slices in a vegan substitute for the "au juice" and it makes for a deliciously sloppy sandwich. Fortunately, they are generous with napkins as well as the contents of the sandwiches. I'm not sure what kind of peppers they used for the spicy version, but I really liked it. It packs a kick and has an afterglow in my mouth (not heartburn) hours later. Love it!
Pros: Vegan options clearly marked on menu, Tasty sandwiches, Could have a beer with the sandwiches
Cons: I'm not a fan of their Minestrone

Beefless Sandwich - Edit
I tried the Italian Beefless Sandwich with sweet peppers. It's made with seitan and tasted great. They have two other vegetarian/vegan options (caprese sandwich and Italian Beefless Bowl).

The vegan Italian beef is SHOCKINGLY good! I wasn’t expecting much from it but gave it a shot and was totally WOWed by it! It’s very salty (as expected) but delish! My meat eater Bf was suprised by how good it tasted even.

They now have a beefless BOWL which is honestly my new strat! It’s like 3 meals and I don’t have to eat it all at once because the bun is soggy. When I was getting the sandwich I was full after half but knew the bun would be too soggy to save/eat the rest later and I would be way too full after.

The Vegan Beefless Beef Sandwich is the best Vegan Food I've had in Ages! - Edit
Buona has a collab. with Upton's Naturals and they've made an incredible Beefless Beef sandwich that's available at all of their locations. Highly recommend. Even the meat eaters that i was with loved it and said they couldn't tell the difference. A Chicago Classic now made Veganized!
