I stopped by for lunch with my girlfriend. We were surprised that they had more than one option! In fact, they have many!
Read moreThey had just perfected a sandwich for breakfast, a tofu/veggie/chorizo scramble and were excited for our feedback. We tried all of their vegan sandwiches (we couldn’t choose just one) and they were all really good.
Our favorite is the Vegan Bunzy, a take on their famous original sandwich. I cursed with the first bite😂 we will certainly be back, and probably once a week.

Bunzy’s is a new local food truck offering several stuffed sandwiches, and now, 3 vegan sandwich options! The Vegan Bunzy, a Philly cheesesteak, and a breakfast tofu/chorizo scramble of deliciousness. I ordered several to go as they keep well in the freezer and are easy to heat and eat from home. I really enjoyed chatting with the owner and her business partner who are there every day. Debbie, the owner, has a vegan daughter and understanding that the options in town are limited for vegans, made it a priority to cater to the plant based community and offer a new option for vegan diners. They also serve vegan green chili 🥲🤤
