So Yummy! Great vegan options - Edit
I absolutely love this spot- it’s the exact neighborhood bar vibe we need, with even better food than you can imagine! The vegetarian/vegan options are delicious- try the vegan philly Bunzy if you haven’t had it yet, it’s my fav! The spot is a vibe and usually has local activities like music or open mic. The owner Nicole is so warm and inviting. It’s a great spot to go to before a show at one of the music venues like Black Sheep or Vultures too! It’s only not getting a 5 star bc on Happy Cow you have to be fully veg to get a 5 star and this place does have some meat option.

Amazing Bunzys! - Edit
There are 4 Bunzy options (Veg head, Philly, Mushroom Swiss, and Breakfast Bunzy). You can add green chili sauce or vegan country gravy on top of the Bunzy. My husband had the mushroom Swiss with green chili sauce and it was delicious with a great spice that builds heat. I absolutely loved the Breakfast Bunzy with vegan country gravy which is served all day. You can veganize any of the vegetarian pizzas with vegan cheese. They also have a vegan peanut butter chocolate chip cookie that they bake daily. Their parking lot is small but there’s street parking nearby. They also have a cute service dog, a friendly owner, and live music!

I'm vegan and was super impressed by the number of vegan options.
My friend, who is not vegan, is obsessed with the vegan mushroom Swiss Bunzy! That Bunzy was amazing. We also got the Olive You pizza & loved it! Lastly, we got cookies which were warm & gooey & delicious!
Everything is made fresh. Bunzy's & cookies are prepped each morning. We also enjoyed the hard seltzer flavor bar! Delicious!
I can't recommend this place enough. perfect for vegans or nonvegans, kid-friendly, inclusive of all people, & all around wonderful.
If you're going to spend money at a restaurant in the Springs, you won't regret doing so at Bunzy's!

I had an amazing experience at B&B Bunzy’s and Booze in Colorado Springs! The variety of bunzy options, pizzas, and cookies were all delicious. The hard seltzers were refreshing and paired perfectly with our meal. The highlight was the incredibly friendly owner who made our visit extra special by bringing out some cookies to celebrate my birthday. The warm and welcoming atmosphere made us feel right at home. Highly recommend this spot for anyone looking for great food and a friendly vibe!

We came here because of the good reviews. They have lots of vegan options, and the food isn't just the typical beyond burger. The reviews were not wrong. The food was spectacular. We're vegan, and my family isn't, which usually ends with us only having a couple of burger options. Here, there were several vegan Bunzy options, and we ordered all of them. The bread was so soft, and the only thing more delicious was the filling. The Philly Cheese Steak was my favorite. The seasoning in the fries added a boost to a typically plain side. Our server was the owner of the place, and she was great. She makes all the homemade cookies, which were SO good. The inside was very cozy and super comfortable. My family keeps a list of restaurants we all love so we can go there when we come to visit. Bunzys has now been added to the list.

Vegan Bunzys - Edit
There were four vegan bunzy (stuffed sandwich) options on the menu, plus any vegetarian pizza could be made vegan by subbing vegan cheese. I had the Veg-Head Bunzy with a side of fries. Both were great! Our server was very friendly and attentive, and the retro bar atmosphere was fun. I’d like to come back and try their vegan pizza sometime.

Wanted a place that served Vegan food as well as "standard" food for my husband. This place was perfect. This place was cozy and clean, and the owner was super friendly and helpful. Food was delicious. I had the Vegan breakfast Bunzey and the hubs had a Breakfast Bunzey with bacon and stuff. We both really enjoyed! We also took a Vegan pizza to go and it was equally delicious. Would highly recommend giving them your business. Well worth it!

Spectacular vegan Philly Cheesesteak bunzy - Edit
Just had the most amazing Philly cheesesteak of my life--and it was their Vegan Philly Bunzy. Even my non-plant-based friend was blown away. Their Vegan Breakfast Bunzy with a spicy green chili is also excellent. I will definitely be back! And the owner, Nicole, is friendly, helpful, and simply delightful. (I would have given it a 5-star rating, but Happy Cow doesn't allow that except for 100% vegan places.)

I just ended up getting the Build Your Own pizza with vegan cheese. It was pretty good! I’d say the price is pretty average for vegan pizza these days. They used several different vegan cheeses on our pizza, which was good. My husband liked it more than me but I still enjoyed it.
Read moreThe staff however is so friendly!! She was so excited vegans came in, and they are definitely trying to get more vegans through the doors. She even gave us a free Vegan Breakfast Bunzy! It was so good! I would recommend them, and I will definitely be back.

That's how I think of them! Large enough to require two hands. Make sure to ask what vegan options they have - while not everything on the menu is always available, other treats like loaded green chili cheese fries might be! Always friendly service.

I would give this place 5 stars if the app let me! The owner was so kind & attentive. They have a couple vegan options on the menu but even more available such as the Vegan Breakfast Bunzy & a Vegan Swiss & Mushroom Bunzy if you ask! The fries were good as well.

The concept is amazing. They make their own bread and stuff it with sandwich ingredients. Nicole the owner calls it a Bunzy and it is awesome. Think of a stuffed French roll. It’s super tasty. I will be thinking about this sandwich for a long time.

The stars here are the bunzys, but they offer vegan-friendly pizza as well. Not all the vegan bunzys are on the menu, so be sure to ask. I’ve had the vegan Swiss mushroom as well as the vegan sausage and green chili smothered in more green chili. Yum! Everything tastes a little salty to me, but I’ve been reducing my salt intake so that could be it. Definitely returning. Hopefully I’ll remember to take a picture next time.

Bunzys are a delicious thing! - Edit
Food was super good. We tried a Bunzy and some pizza. The Bunzy was like a calzone but soft and delicious. Pizza was some of the best I've had in the Springs. Felt welcoming and staff was super nice. The decor, for me, left a little to be desired but if you're kind and the food is good then I'm still with ya!

Won’t let me give 5 stars because it’s not fully vegan but I love the vegan pizzas here! This place used to be a good truck but now has a brick & mortar in the same location. You can choose a specific vegan option or build your own. This is a family owned place & it feels like it which I love. On the weekends there are various entertainments- music, comedy, etc. and the restaurant is a bar/relaxed environment.
