The absolute BEST!!! - Edit
Omg Bunny's will have you dying for your next treat!! From the brookies and cookies to the cupcakes, the scones, the loaves & oatmeal creme pies and oooo if they have anything special, you better get it!! Oh and don't let me forget about the lemonade, ok! The taste, texture and sweetness are always perfect...this small family owned business is amazing and it has been a joy watching them grow! I originally found them in NC but now I travel to NY or pay to have things shipped if available because it is truly THAT GOOD!! Visit them at Cunningham Park farmers market and Pro Tip, follow for the Pre-order info. Thank you Bunny's Vegan Bakery :)

Pop ups and farmers markets - Edit
I didn't realize this place was listed on HappyCow. I saw them at a stand on Vegan Night in Central Park. The friendly staff informed me that they do not sell out of a brick-and-mortar location, just at popups (like Vegan Night at Central Park), farmers markets, and the like. These are desserts that are all vegan and quite delicious (though not local or cheaply priced).
