Serves meat, vegan options available. Book and gifts shop with a small coffee shop inside. Menu has marked vegetarian options, of which you could modify to be vegan: trailblazer salad (berries, quinoa, spinach omit feta and candied almonds); muzzleloader (kale, cabbage, sprouts, peppers, carrots, cashews, peanuts, wasabi peas with sesame dressing); and wild west corn salad (corn, black beans, peppers on greens). Note that these salads are seasonal and might change. Has soy milk, almond milk, coconut milk for drinks. Open Mon-Sat 8:00am-5:30pm.
