Serves meat, vegan options available. Ski resort restaurant offering the Beyond Burger as well as a vegan pita/hummus plate, sides and more. Open Mon-Tue 10:30am-4:30pm, Wed-Sun 10:30am-9:00pm.
Ask for the vegan menu when getting a table. Had the vegan chili and it was surprisingly comforting during a day on the slopes. (Vegan menu available as of 1/2024).
Vegan Options while skiing, but I would not visit for just the food. - Edit
I was delighted to have Vegan options while visiting the ski resort. I tried the Poutine fries without the cheese and the Pita and Hummus. They were both substantial and filled me up but they weren't something to be sought out. I thought the pita "toasted" were more hard and maybe stale. The strips of celery and carrot weren't from any culinary art but decent. The Poutine fries, the fries were tasty, but the gravy seamed to be a jar type and not confident of the vegan-ness. They offered the the beyond burger which I was happy to see as an option but I wasn't that hungry. They have a much larger seating are now and more family dining areas as well. I was very happy to find vegan options at the ski resort when alternative dining beyond a bag lunch aren't even an option. So not the best dining experience, but considering any other option is over an hour drive away, pretty happy.
